Orders, Artwork, and Proofs
Customers are responsible for sharing correct artwork, logos, names, addresses, quantities, product specifications, and approval instructions. Production begins only after commercial confirmation and, where applicable, digital proof approval. Minor color, size, print placement, and material variations may occur due to production processes.
Pricing and Payment
Prices shown on the website are indicative estimates for planning. Final pricing may vary based on quantity, customization method, material, delivery city, taxes, vendor availability, and confirmed scope. Bulk corporate gift orders may require advance payment before procurement or production.
Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines depend on artwork approval, product availability, production slots, quality checks, and logistics partners. Giftooze will make reasonable efforts to deliver on time, but delays caused by incomplete inputs, force majeure, transport disruption, or third-party partners are outside our direct control.
Intellectual Property
You confirm that you have permission to use all logos, trademarks, images, names, designs, and brand assets submitted to Giftooze. You are responsible for any claims arising from unauthorized use of intellectual property.
