Before production
Requests received before procurement or production may be accepted subject to work completed and non-recoverable costs.
After approval
Orders cannot normally be cancelled after artwork approval, procurement, branding or production has started.
Refund timing
Any approved refundable balance is processed after deducting design, sampling, procurement, payment and logistics costs already incurred.
