Quotations and orders
Prices, taxes, lead times and availability are confirmed in the final written quotation. An order begins only after written confirmation and agreed payment terms.
Artwork and approvals
Customers are responsible for authorised artwork and final proof approval. Production follows the approved proof, specifications and quantities.
Product variation
Minor variations in colour, texture, positioning and dimensions may occur between screens, samples and bulk production within normal manufacturing tolerances.
Liability
Giftooze is not responsible for delay caused by incomplete approvals, inaccurate delivery details, carriers, force majeure or events outside reasonable control.
